So that you can successfully onboard your school or district into the Great Minds® digital platform, our digital implementation specialists will contact you to walk you through the process and ensure that all of your questions are answered.
Although each school or district's path is unique, the outline below provides a general overview of the steps you will need to take before your teachers and students log in.
- Once you have submitted your purchase order, our Customer Success Team and account representatives will contact you to ensure that you have agreed to the Great Minds Terms of Service on behalf of your school or district, which is required before we activate your account.
- The best way to start on this process is by filling out the Great Minds Digital Products Onboarding Form. This will let us know your preferred rostering method and technical administrator contact information, that will help speed up the activation and rostering processes. Our digital implementation specialists will set up a meeting with you or communicate by email to gather any additional onboarding details needed.
- When all documentation is in order, we can activate your school or district and roster your users. The process for this differs depending on your rostering and login methods.
