Eureka Math Affirm - Export Class-Level Assessment Data
This article explains how teachers can export their class-level assessment data from Eureka Math Affirm.
Teachers must export all assessment data by the end of each school year before new class rosters are uploaded. Once new class rosters are uploaded, the previous year’s student assessment data will no longer be available. Any data not exported and saved outside the platform after 6/30 will no longer be accessible. We recommend exporting data regularly throughout the year instead of waiting to export everything at the end of the year.
1. Navigate to Affirm using the waffle icon at the top right.
2. Select Reports from the left side menu.
3. If you are licensed for multiple Affirm products, select Eureka Math as your curriculum.
4. Selected the desired section (if applicable).
5. Scroll down to the list of administered assessments and select the arrow icon on the far right of the assessment you want to export. Use the View More option to expand the table and see more assessments.
Only assessments in Review status will appear in this list. See Score Assessments for more information on completing the assessment scoring process.
6. Click the Download .CSV button at the top right of the report. A CSV file with assessment name, section name, student name, overall percentage, points, and percentage for each assessment item will download to your computer.
Equip pre-module assessments are currently unavailable to download in CSV format.
7. Open the downloaded report and save it in your preferred location for storing student assessment data.
Not a teacher? See Eureka Math Affirm Administrator Reports for more information on exporting administrator reports.
