Schedule Assessments
Once you find the assessment you would like to schedule either on the Home page or in the Library, select Schedule.
Select which section you would like to schedule the assessment for, and then select the date from the calendar. To automatically launch the assessment, select a start date and time the assessment will become available to students. If you do not select a time to automatically launch assessments, you must manually launch them from the Home page.
By default, all students in your class will be assigned the assessment. If you want to assign the assessment to specific students, select All Students, deselect all, and then select individual students.
Launch Assessments
Assessments with a defined start date and time will automatically launch to students at that day/time. To manually launch an assessment, select Launch from your Affirm dashboard.
Advanced Settings
Selecting Advanced Settings allows you to set the amount of time students have to complete the assessment and set curriculum-specific assessment level settings.
Assessment Settings
Teachers can set a time limit or choose to shuffle questions and/or answer choices in the assessments. They can also choose to allow students to have access to a basic or scientific calculator tool during the assessment. Select Apply to apply your desired settings.
Release Scores Tab
Select the Release Scores tab to choose when students can see their scores. You can choose to release scores when students submit their assessment, after the entire class completes the assessment, or when scoring is complete. Select Apply to apply your desired settings.
Reschedule Assessments
You can reschedule assessments for all students or a select group of students by navigating to the library, selecting See More next to the assessment, and then selecting Schedule again. This will create a new instance of the assessment for the students you select.
