Print the Paper Version of Assessments
Assessments can be printed from the teacher home page or Library. To print an assessment, click the kebab icon next to the assessment and select Print. The assessment will open as a PDF file ready for printing and to be handed to students for completion.
Input Student Responses for Assessments Completed on Paper
The assessment should be scheduled, launched and closed as it would be when assigned to students digitally. When the assessment has reached the Review status, teachers can mark any student who did not complete the assessment digitally as having completed the assessment on paper. On your Affirm dashboard, select Review to begin scoring the assessment.
To mark an assessment as completed on paper, click the kebab icon next to the student’s name and select Completed on paper from the drop-down menu. The teacher will be prompted to complete the assessment as a student and input their responses.
Score and Review Assessments
After the student responses have been inputted and submitted, you can review and score teh assessment. Scores for auto graded items will be generated automatically, while teachers will manually input scores for manually graded items. All student responses and scores completed digitally and on paper need to be included in the system before clicking the Finish Scoring button in order to be reflected in assessment reports.
