Starting Back-to-School 2024, specific curriculum and instructional resources that were previously accessed at greatminds.org are now accessed through the in Sync platform. The instructions below outline which resources are impacted by this change, and walk through how you will access these materials for the 2024-2025 school year.
Some free content has been moved to the in Sync platform, while some free content will still be accessed from the greatminds.org dashboard. However, to access this content, you must navigate to the greatminds.org dashboard from the in Sync platform (see Step #7 below). Once your organization is rostered for the upcoming school year, you will not be able to access your existing account at greatminds.org.
Print-only customers and those who utilize free instructional resources from the greatminds.org dashboard will continue to log in at and access their materials from greatminds.org until December 2024. Updated access instructions for these users are coming soon.
You’ll first need to access your new Great Minds account by navigating to digital.greatminds.org. You can log in using a username and password provided by an administrator, or using your district’s SSO provider (e.g., Clever, ClassLink, or Google). Reach out to your digital administrator if you’re unsure of how to access your account.
- Log in to your Great Minds account at digital.greatminds.org or using a supported SSO provider.
- If you’re licensed for multiple products, you’ll select TE: PhD Science from the Select curriculum: drop-down.
- Next, select the desired grade level.
- Expand the Level heading to access the following resources for the selected grade level:
- Digital Teacher Edition (DTE)
- Overview Family Tip Sheet
- Expand a Module heading to access module-specific resources.
- Expand the Teacher Resource Pack heading to access resources from the Teacher Resource Pack.
- To access additional instructional content not available from in Sync, click the waffle icon and select GreatMinds.Org Dashboard from the drop-down menu to navigate to your greatminds.org dashboard.
