Add Roles to Staff Users
Administrators can create custom assessments and share them with teachers within their organization.
Teachers cannot share assessments at this time.
1. Select Assess from the main menu on the top navigation bar.
2. Select the My Assessments tab.
3. Locate the assessment you wish to share and click the Share button.
4. School administrators will see a list of all teachers in their school. They can click the All Teachers toggle to share with all teachers in their school, or they can share with individual teachers by clicking the toggle next to their name. Click Save changes to save your sharing settings.
5. District administrators or administrators associated with multiple schools can share with teachers across all schools, or with teachers within a specific school. To share with teachers within a specific school, select the school's name from the list of your affiliated schools. To share with all teachers in the selected school, click the toggle next to All Teachers.
Alternatively, you can click the toggle next to a specific teacher's name to share only with the selected teacher(s).
To share with all teachers across all of your affiliated schools, select All Schools on the left and click the toggle under All Teachers from All Schools.
Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to share the assessment.
6. You can revoke access to a shared assessment by clicking the toggle to disable sharing. Then click the Save button to save your changes.
To access shared assessments, teachers will navigate to the My Assessments tab in Assess. Assessments shared by an administrator are denoted with a Shared With Me label.
