Copy and Customize Assessments
Administrators can copy assessments from the Great Minds Library and customize assessment content. This includes updating the assessment title, removing & rearranging items, and adding existing Eureka Math® items. See Customize Assessments to learn more.
Share Custom Assessments
1. Navigate to Affirm using the waffle icon at the top right.
2. Select Library from the left side menu.
3. Select the My Assessments tab.
4. Locate the assessment you wish to share and click the Share button to share it with teachers in your organization.
You can only share published assessments with teachers.
5. In the pop-up, select the teachers you want to share with and confirm your selections.
If you have a large number of teachers in your organization, it may take a few moments for the list to populate.
View Shared Assessments as a Teacher
Teachers with whom the assessment is shared can now access, view, assign, or copy the assessment from their My Assessments library. They can use the “Shared” filter at the top of the page to quickly locate shared assessments.
