Summer School Rostering Support

For Great Minds, summer school is considered an extension of the current school year. In order to roster for summer school without impacting data from the 2023-2024 school year, summer school data must be added to your 2023-2024 school year data. This requires digital administrators to:

1. Ensure your current school year end date encompasses the full term for summer school (if it is incorrect, please fill out the form here).

2. Continue sharing current school year data in addition to new summer school data. Do not remove current school year data. Summer school data should be included in addition to the current school year data.

3. Pause your data sync when summer school is over, and begin preparing for the new school year.
