What's New in In Sync and Affirm

A new Professional Learning section has been added for PhD Science on the in Sync platform to support customers with asynchronous on-demand learning. This section includes:
- The Module Study Series which provides an extensive overview of the module
- The Video Library which contains professional learning videos that provide a tour of the teacher edition and help teachers get organized to teach PhD Science

When viewing the class level assessment and standard reports, teachers and administrators can now sort the report columns in ascending or descending order. Select the arrow icon next to the item number or standard code to resort the selected column.

In the Affirm library, teachers’ filter selections are now saved across sessions. When they log in to their account and navigate to the Affirm library, the filter selections from their previous session are still visible on both the Great Minds Library tab and the My Assessments tab.
The “Recommended For” drop-down selections are now retained when teachers log out of their account. When they log back in, they will see the same selections from their previous session.

Administrators can now see both the Item Analysis pop-up and Data Insights drop-down when viewing a teacher’s assessment reports from the “Class Reports” tab.

Eureka Math and Eureka Math TX teachers now have a “Data Insights” drop-down at the top of their assessment reports. Here teachers can view key metrics around item, standard, and student performance. See Eureka Math Teacher Assessment Report for more information.
The curricula and grade-level filters in the In Sync resource library are now retained across sessions, so users no longer need to select their curricula and grade-level after each log in.

In the teacher standards report in Eureka Math Affirm® and Eureka Math TX Affirm® , teachers now have a select “All” option in the Results from drop-down so they can select or de-select all assessments with a single click.
Teachers with licenses for both Eureka Math Affirm® and Eureka Math TX Affirm® can now toggle between the two curriculums when viewing the standards report.

Eureka Math Affirm® and Eureka Math TX Affirm® teachers can now filter custom assessments by grade level from their My Assessments library.
In Eureka Math Affirm® and Eureka Math TX Affirm® assessment reports, teachers can now view all student attempts for individual assessment items if a student attempted an assessment multiple times.
In Eureka Math Affirm® and Eureka Math TX Affirm®, teachers can now view standards details when previewing assessments in the Great Minds Library.

Teachers and administrators can now view how many points each assessment item is worth when previewing assessments in the Great Minds Library.
Eureka Math Affirm® and Eureka Math TX Affirm® teachers can now view standards details in reports by clicking on the standards code(s) associated with an item.

Teachers can now access a new Item Analysis view in assessment reports. See this help article for more information.
Teachers can now print a student’s assessment attempt from the student’s profile.

Teachers can now enable text-to-speech for their entire class with one click using a new toggle in the “Classes” section. See How to Use Text to Speech for more information.

Eureka Math Affirm® and Eureka Math TX Affirm® teachers and administrators can now delete custom assessments they previously created from the “My Assessments” tab.
Wit and Wisdom Affirm® teachers and administrators can now print rubrics and checklists when previewing them in the Great Minds Library.

Eureka Math Affirm® and Eureka Math TX Affirm® teachers and administrators can now filter assessments in the Great Minds Library by language (English or Spanish).

Teachers and administrators with Wit and Wisdom Affirm® can now preview rubrics and checklists associated with assessments when previewing them in the Great Minds Library. See How to Find and Preview Assessments for more information.

The Affirm® homepage for teachers and administrators is now accessible at up to 200% zoom and is iPad compatible at 100%.
Note: iPad compatibility and 200% zoom support for the remaining pages in Affirm® will be updated on a rolling basis in future releases.
