Wit & Wisdom Affirm - Administrator Reports

District and school administrators can output summary and student-level performance data from Affirm. District administrators will have access to data from all schools in their district, and school administrators will have access to data from the schools they are associated with. Data will output from the current school year by default, but Admins can select prior school years to access historical data. Data exports as a compressed CSV (gzip) file for district administrators and as a CSV file for school administrators. Outputs include all supported performance data associated with that organization.

Additionally, Administrators in Affirm can use the Class Reports drill down feature to navigate to teacher class reports visualizations to any class in their organization.

For help extracting the compressed CSV (gzip) file, please visit Steps to Extract a Compressed zip or gzip File

Report Types

Wit & Wisdom® Student Performance Reports

  • End-of-Module Assessment Report: Wit & Wisdom performance reports provide data on student scores for End-of-Module (EOM) Task Assessments. Wit & Wisdom EOM assessments use non-numeric scoring, and therefore the output structures differently to accommodate that scoring mechanism. Additionally, this means that only one assessment is output at a time.

  • Question Set Performance Report: Wit & Wisdom performance reports provide data on student scores for Question Set Assessments. Wit & Wisdom QS assessments use numeric scoring. CSV outputs include overall student score per assessment attempt and item analysis details for each attempt. Due to varying structural formats of Wit & Wisdom assessments, only one assessment is output at a time.

  • New Read Performance Report: Wit & Wisdom performance reports provide data on student scores for New Read Assessments. Wit & Wisdom New Read assessments use numeric scoring. CSV outputs include overall student score per assessment attempt and item analysis details for each attempt. Due to varying structural formats of Wit & Wisdom assessments, only one assessment is output at a time.

  • Focusing Question Task Performance Report: Wit & Wisdom performance reports provide data on student scores for Focusing Question Tasks. Wit & Wisdom Focusing Question Task assessments use numeric scoring. CSV outputs include overall student score per assessment attempt and item analysis details for each attempt. Focusing Question Tasks contain multiple criteria per item, and 1 or more items per assessment. Scoring data is rolled up to the item level. Due to varying structural formats of Wit & Wisdom assessments, only one assessment is output at a time.

  • Vocabulary Assessment Report: Wit & Wisdom performance reports provide data on student scores for Vocabulary Assessments. Wit & Wisdom Vocabulary assessments use numeric scoring. CSV outputs include overall student score per assessment attempt for each attempt. Due to varying structural formats of Wit & Wisdom assessments, only one assessment is output at a time.

Wit & Wisdom® Class Report Drill Down

Administrator class drill down gives Administrators access to drill down into teacher class reports to view teacher class reports for Assessments and Students. Administrators can drill down into any class report associated with their organization.

Wit & Wisdom® Participation Report

Participation reports provide data on how many assessments have been assigned per class and how many have been submitted by students. This data can help understand implementation trends within the district. Rows are generated for each class/grade combination, and only submitted attempts are counted. *note- within the Teacher UI, partial submissions are counted in the teacher visual reports, whereas within the Admin Participation Report, only full submissions are counted. For this reason, there are occasionally minor differences in calculated values.
