This article explains how to close and reopen assessments in Wit & Wisdom Affirm.
- Closing an assessment means students can no longer access the assessment to input or provide responses, even if they have not yet submitted the assessment
- Reopening an assessment allows students to re-enter an assessment and continue to input responses. They can also submit the assessment if they haven't yet done so.
Close Assessments
- Select Show More at the bottom right of your Affirm teacher dashboard.
- Use the arrows at the top of the page to navigate to the assessment you wish to close.
- Click the Finish button at the top left.
- Select Yes, Submit All and Finish to confirm you wish to close the assessment.
Reopen Assessments
- Locate the assessment you wish to reopen under Score and Review on the Affirm dashboard.
- Select the kebab icon next to the assessment you wish to reopen.
- Select Reopen from the drop-down menu.
- Select the individual students you wish to reopen the assessment for, if applicable.
- Click the Reopen button.
