Annotate PDFs

Teachers can use the annotation tools provided to annotate PDF files. Annotations are saved in the digital platform, so teachers can return to a PDF to access and modify annotations from a previous session.

⚠️ Annotations cannot be printed or downloaded at this time.

The annotation toolbar contains the following tools:

  1. Pan: Move to another viewing area when viewing the file zoomed in.
  2. Text: Add text on top of the file.
  3. Draw: Add free hand drawings on top of the file.
  4. Highlight: Highlight over text or other content within the file.
  5. Erase: Click and drag over an annotation to erase it.
  6. Undo and Redo: Use the Undo and Redo options to undo or redo your last action.
  7. Rotate: Rotate the file in the counter clock-wise direction.
  8. Zoom: Zoom in (+) or out (-) on the file as needed.
  9. Fit: Adjust the file size to fit the width of the file viewer.
  10. Full Screen: View the file in full screen.
