Device and Operating System Specifications
Our digital platform is optimized on laptops and desktop computers with a minimum of:
- 1 GB RAM and 2 GHz processor
- Broadband internet connection
Great Minds products use a responsive web design and do not include native iOS or Android mobile applications.
iPad Compatibility
Great Minds digital products are iPad compatible. We recommend accessing our products using the latest stable iPadOS version (or one version prior) with Chrome or Safari. For an optimal learning experience, we recommend that students use a full-size iPad in landscape orientation. While our products can be accessed from older iPadOS versions and other browsers, these are not supported.
Student Device Requirements
Great Minds has two methods for students to complete and submit assigned PDFs:
-
Complete Online: Students can use our in-browser PDF annotation and assignment submission tool. (No file downloads or uploads are required.)
-
File Upload: Students can download the assigned file, complete it offline or locally on their device, and then upload the completed file. (The device must be able to complete fillable PDFs using a PDF editor or browser plugin.)
Keyboard Settings
We recommend "U.S. English" as the assigned language setting on hardware and software keyboards for an optimal experience with digital interactives.
