Customer User Administrator Role for On Demand or Asynchronous PD
Customer User Administration Role
The Customer User Administrator is designated by the customer upon purchase of licenses for the Great Minds On Demand or Asynchronous Professional Development (PD) platform. The Customer User Administrator will:

Serve as main point of contact for enrolled teachers.

Have access to all customer On Demand or Asynchronous PD course(s).

Be able to remove teachers from customer On Demand or Asynchronous PD course(s).

Can view/generate reports on customer On Demand or Asynchronous PD course(s).
View User Information

For quick summary of enrolled students, navigate to Settings.

For list of course users, navigate to People.

For list of users’ course grades, navigate to Grades (Recommended).

For grade export, navigate to Grades, Actions, and then Export.

For view user’s progression, navigate to Modules, and then View Progress.
Remove User From Course

Navigate to People, and then select Remove from Course.
