Generate a HAR File

If a member of our Customer Support team requests a HAR file to troubleshoot your issue, create the file using the steps below for your web browser.

HAR files may include personal/sensitive information such as your cookies, downloads, and the content of the pages you visited while recording. If you intend to share HAR files with Great Minds (or any other party), make sure that you secure your HAR files accordingly via encryption or similar means.
