Onboarding Overview
Welcome to Great Minds Digital!
Our dedicated Digital Implementation Specialists will be your point of contact during the onboarding process to ensure that you understand the process and get all your questions answered.
Although each school or district's path is unique, the outline below provides a general overview of the steps you will need to take before your administrators, teachers, and students can log in.
1. Once you have submitted your purchase order, one of our Digital Implementation Specialists will reach out to the person indicated as the digital administrator.
2. A rostering survey is emailed to the contact(s) listed on your fulfillment order to complete.
It's important for both new and returning customers to complete the rostering survey. This lets our team know if there have been any changes in district contact(s) or rostering details since last year.
3. When your Digital Implementation Specialist has received the survey and your data is shared with us via your rostering method, we can begin to onboard your school or district and roster your users. The process for this differs depending on your rostering and login methods.
