Upload Classes - Data Requirements

File Requirements

In order for your file to upload successfully, your file must meet the following criteria:

• Must be in .csv format
• Maximum file size is 2 MB
• Contains a maximum of 1000 rows
• Has the correct headers: className, primaryTeacher, grade, subject
• Must not be empty
• Contains data in all required columns (denoted with an asterisk *)

Data Requirements

Field	Requirements
className*	Maximum of 200 characters
primaryTeacher*	Maximum of 300 characters Must be in email address format (name@domain.com) User's role must = teacher Must be assigned to the selected school
grade	Must contain one of the following values: IT, PR, PK, TK, KG, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, PS, UG, Other
subject	Must contain one of the following values: English Language Arts, History, Mathematics, Science, Other

Tips

• This process cannot update existing staff classes; it can only create new staff classes.
• Do not make any changes to the template file headers or your upload will not process.
