Archive and Activate Archived Students in a Class

This article explains how to archive and activate students within a class.

Role Required: District Administrator, School Administrator, or Teacher 

This feature is for Self-Serve Rostering customers only.


Archive Students in a Class

1. Navigate to Manage in your administrator or teacher account.

2. If you're an administrator associated with multiple schools, select the Schools icon and select the desired school.

3. Select the Classes icon or tab.

4. Select the desired class. 

5. Locate the student you wish to archive in the student roster.

6. Click the student's kebab icon and select Unenroll student from the drop-down menu.

Activate Students in a Class

1. Navigate to Manage in your administrator or teacher account.

2. If you're an administrator associated with multiple schools, select the Schools icon and select the desired school.

3. Select the Classes icon or tab.

4. Select the desired class. 

5. Click the Update roster button at the top right.

6. Check each student you wish to add to the class.

7. Click the Save button to save your changes.
