Rostering data is managed through CSV files sent nightly via SFTP to Great Minds. Once your rostering files are sent and synced with Great Minds, they can be viewed in our Manage application.
Access Manage Application
- Log in to Great Minds.
- Open the drop-down on the top navigation bar and select Manage.
District Administrators
- View district-level rostering data
- View all schools in district and can drill down into any school to see school-level rostering data
- Reset passwords for any users (Direct Login districts only)
- View and copy site code from the "Students" tab (Direct Login districts only)
School Administrators
- View school-level data for affiliated school(s)
- Can toggle between schools (if associated to more than one school)
- Reset passwords for any users at their affiliated school(s) (Direct Login districts only)
- View and copy site code from the "Students" tab (Direct Login districts only)
Teachers
- View class-level data for assigned class(es)
- Can toggle between classes (if associated to more than one class)
- Reset passwords for any users (Direct Login districts only)
- View and copy site code from the "Roster" tab (Direct Login districts only)
