Rostering data is managed through ClassLink. Once your ClassLink data syncs with Great Minds, administrators and teachers access their data through the Manage application.
Access Manage Application
If you have a teacher role, you'll land in your teacher role first when you log in. Toggle to your administrator role and then use the curriculum drop-down to access Manage.
- Log in to Great Minds
- Open the drop-down on the top navigation bar and select Manage.
District Administrators
- View district-level rostering data
- View all schools in district and can drill down into any school to see school-level rostering data
School Administrators
- View school-level data for affiliated school(s)
- Can toggle between schools (if associated to more than one school)
Teachers
- View class-level data for assigned class(es)
- Can toggle between classes (if associated to more than one class)
